On February 24, 2025, the Lithuanian Tennis Union, in collaboration with “T-Coach” and Septyni Šeši, organized the first-ever tennis coaching education seminar in Lithuania, held at SEB Arena in Vilnius. The main sponsor of this event was SEPTYNI ŠEŠI.

The seminar featured one of the world’s most renowned tennis coaching educators, Simon Wheatley, as well as Lithuanian coaches Šarūnas Kulnys and Aistis Šlajus. The one-day seminar focused on sharing tennis tactics and other coaching insights. A total of 35 tennis coaches from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Telšiai, Šiauliai, and other cities participated.

A brief introduction to the speakers:

• Simon Wheatley – An internationally recognized tennis coach known for his innovative teaching methods and dedication to nurturing young talent. He has worked with the LTA for many years as a talent identifier, creator of educational materials, and consultant to elite tennis players.
• Šarūnas Kulnys – The captain of the Lithuanian Davis Cup team, he has coached over 30 Lithuanian national junior and adult champions and is currently the coach of Lithuanian women’s champion Klaudija Bubelytė, as well as the head coach of the Šiauliai Tennis Academy.
• Aistis Šlajus – Founder of SEPTYNI ŠEŠI and a top-level ITF Level III coach who has trained numerous national champions and international tournament winners in Lithuania and Ireland. As an educator, he has spoken at three annual conferences of the Irish National Tennis Federation and two Baltic state conferences, assisting several academies in developing and improving their activities.

Looking Ahead UAB Septyni Šeši and the tennis educational project T-Coach will continue to collaborate in the education of Lithuanian tennis coaches and offer more new events.
